  • Hi Prosper.

Great tips and thanks so much for the shout out.

It helps to have tools in your arsenal to check for plagiarism. Then, when you write in your 1 of a kind voice, like no one else on earth – by writing 1000 words daily and trashing the document – even if someone tried to copy your stuff, they would be exposed.

Because as your presence expands, your readers will spot the fraud and either stop reading the post or they will rat them out LOL….

    Great post bro. Thanks again.

  • Hi Prosper,

I actually use Copyscape to check all my content before I give it away for guest posts or publish it on my own blog.

I definitely don’t want to be accused of plagiarism. I’ve never actually checked to see if anyone is stealing my content. I know that it does happen, I just don’t want to put my energy and focus there.

It’s great to know that people have a way to check if someone is stealing their content. Hopefully, no one ever has to deal with these issues.

Like you, I’d rather just work on improving my writing instead of stealing someone else’s hard work.

Thanks for taking the time to share this with us, have a great weekend 🙂

    Susan

  • Thanks very much Prosper but I want to ask, All this Plagiarism checker. Cre they 100% to be trusted

  • Such an useful post..great list on plagiarism checker tools. All tools that you have listed above very important and helpful for the blogger but I’m not sure they really give right result.

  • Hello Prosper

I remember entering a cyber cafe to clear up some tasks on my blog. I purchased a browsing and in the process, something happened. There was this other guy beside me that looked at what I was doing (I like minding my business) and yelled: “Hey, guy, you are a blogger”. I wore some fine face and we exchanged blog address.

He checked me up, that’s my blog, while I did check his. A few hours later, I published a blog post that took me 2.5 hours to prepare. Behold, this other guy copied my contents to his: same title, body, conclusion and images. I was mad. Like, really mad. I asked him to take it down, he refused and the day passed.

As time went on I noticed he consistently did that even my old blog posts too. Because of him, I added a script to deactivate the copy and paste system. With time I readjusted my blog and things got better. I believe with the use of these plagiarism checker tools writers and bloggers can spot the content stealing geeks.

Thanks for sharing this, Prosper. Have a great day 🙂

    • Yeah prince!

Copy and Paste SCRIPT is one best way to actually protect contents however it doesn’t work for mobile browsers.

it’s still a good stuff and helps alot anyway..

      Have a great time!

Thanks for the great list of checkers! But you’ ve missed one great plagiarism checker Unicheck . It’s been a year since I’ve started using it in order to check my guest posters’ articles for plagiarism. And I love this checker. Previously I was using Grammarly but their prices are higher and quality is not better.
    Cheers!

    • Hey Stephanie.

Welcome to my blog and glad you loved the list.

I haven’t tried Unicheck but would definitely give them a try soonest.

      Have a great day!

  • Amazing free tools for plagiarism checking. i have been tested. thanks for sharing good article.

  • Thanks for sharing! In case of plagiarism check, I recommend Unicheck. It’s a really reliable tool.

  • I get frustrated when I see somebody copying articles from one blog and pasting it over another – particularly my articles. I’ve been a guest blogger for many sites and after a quick google search observed that some of my work was being copied without my permission. Everyone wants extra traffic and better ranking in the search engine, but for that, your content must be useful and unique. But it hurts when I notice a greater search engine ranking for the duplicated article than the original one. Here you have included many useful tools for Bloggers to compete against such copy-paste bloggers. I strongly recommend this article to those bloggers who thought or feeling something like me.

Grammarly is the best tool. Meantime, try using Ginger tool which also provides rephrase recommendations, that Grammarly can’t. Also, I’ve begun to use Copyleaks as it informs me when others have copied my work. Also very cost effective for different price packages

Ultimately, plagiarism tools not only allow you, as a content developer, to build important learning skills, but they also enable learners to know the importance of using their own words when growing upon skill sets and developing their own knowledge base.

Anyways it’s a nice article. Your whole plagiarism related information is really practical and essential for Search engine optimization. Thanks for sharing. Kudos!!!
